How we handle personal information

This website

The manandai.com website is a static site. It has no forms, no accounts, no cookies, and no analytics or tracking scripts — browsing it sends us nothing about you. Page fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which receives the standard technical request data (such as your IP address) needed to serve them.

The Keep Above app has its own privacy policy, published at keepabove.com — it covers people who use the app. The notice below covers our affiliate program.

Affiliate Program Privacy Notice

1Who we are

This notice explains how ManandAI Limited ("we", "us", "our") handles personal information about people we invite to take part in — or who contact us about — our affiliate program for the Keep Above app.

Our registered office is Suite 1179, Unit A, Level G, 26 Hobson Street, Auckland City 1010, New Zealand. For anything about your privacy, contact us at support@keepabove.com.

We handle your personal information in accordance with the New Zealand Privacy Act 2020. If you are in the United Kingdom or the European Union, contact us about your local privacy rights and we will honour reasonable requests of the kind the UK and EU GDPR provide.

2What we collect, and how

Most of it comes directly from you:

  • Identity and contact details — your name, email address, and country.
  • Channel details — what you tell us about your website, channels, and audience, or what is publicly available about them when we decide whom to invite.
  • Agreement and signing details — the signature, name, and acknowledgement you provide when you sign the affiliate agreement, plus the signing audit trail our e-signature provider records (date, time, IP address, and basic device information).
  • Tax details — if you are GST or VAT registered, your registration number and invoices.

We also receive some information from the providers who help us run the program: referral and sales data from our tracking provider, and payout status from the payment platform.

Your payout details (such as bank account information) go directly to Insert Affiliate and Stripe when you set up payouts — their privacy notices apply to that information, and we never hold it. We receive only payout status and amounts.

Providing this information is voluntary, but without it we can't onboard you or pay your commissions.

3Why we use it

We use your personal information to decide whether to invite you to, and to onboard you into, the program; to set up and run your participation, including issuing your referral link and tracking referrals; to calculate and pay your commissions; to meet our tax, accounting, and record-keeping obligations; to communicate with you about the program; and to enforce the affiliate agreement and protect against fraud or misuse. We do not sell your personal information.

4Who we share it with, and where

We share your personal information only as needed to run the program:

  • SignWell (United States) — our electronic-signature provider, which stores your signed agreement and the signing audit trail.
  • Insert Affiliate (United Kingdom) — our referral-tracking provider, which manages your link and, with Stripe, runs your monthly payouts. You provide your payout details to them directly, under their own privacy notices.
  • Notion — where we keep our affiliate records.
  • Our professional advisers — such as our accountant, where needed for tax and financial compliance.

We may also disclose information where the law requires it, or to establish, exercise, or defend legal claims.

Some of these providers store your information outside New Zealand (for example SignWell in the United States). They hold it only to provide their service to us, and we remain responsible for it under the New Zealand Privacy Act 2020.

5Retention and security

We keep your information for as long as you take part in the program and for a reasonable period afterwards. Signed agreements and tax and financial records are kept for at least seven years, as New Zealand tax and company law requires; after that, information is deleted or de-identified. We take reasonable steps to protect your information against loss, misuse, and unauthorised access, and we use established providers that maintain their own security programmes.

6Your rights

Under the Privacy Act 2020 you may ask us for a copy of the personal information we hold about you, and ask us to correct it if it is wrong. Email us at support@keepabove.com and we will respond within the timeframes the Act requires.

7Complaints and changes

If you have a concern about how we handle your personal information, contact us first and we will try to resolve it. If you are not satisfied, you can complain to the Office of the Privacy Commissioner (privacy.org.nz). We may update this notice from time to time; the current version is always the one on this page, with the date shown above.
